Over the next six weeks, you’ll take part in Recovery and Beyond, a guided self-reflection program designed to support your recovery, build confidence, and create lasting change

Each week you’ll join live online group sessions facilitated by Danny Shannon, where you’ll explore practical tools, lived experience, and recovery foundations that really work. Between sessions, you’ll be supported through:

• A private WhatsApp community chat for connection and encouragement

• Weekly self-reflection activities guided by prompts

• A daily accountability tool to help you stay on track with your goals

• Flexible journaling options: use video, audio, or written reflections in a safe, confidential space

By the end of the program, you’ll have:

Program Detail

Recovery and Beyond is a six week guided journey designed to help you reflect deeply, reconnect with your purpose, and strengthen your recovery through lived experience, structure, and community.

Facilitated by Danny Shannon, this program combines weekly live group sessions, guided self-reflection journaling, and a supportive private chat community to keep you engaged and accountable every step of the way. You’ll explore practical topics such as understanding addiction, managing emotions, building structure and routine, dreaming big, reconnecting with family and friends, and giving back through gratitude and service.

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll use Encapsulator’s powerful journaling technology to privately record your thoughts and experiences, through video, audio, or written reflections in a safe and confidential space. You’ll also have access to a daily check-in tool and a supportive community chat to help you stay on track.

By the end of Recovery and Beyond, you’ll have:

Danny Shannon is a recovery advocate, entrepreneur, and the creator of the Recovery and Beyond program, a space built to help people move past addiction and rediscover purpose, structure, and joy in everyday life. After turning his own life around in 2009, Danny has dedicated himself to helping others find the same freedom he did. With over 16 years of lived experience in recovery, he’s built programs, communities, and tools that empower people to reflect, connect, and grow. Danny is also the founder of Encapsulator, a digital self-reflection platform used across the recovery and community sectors, giving people a safe and powerful way to record their stories and track personal growth. Through Recovery and Beyond, Danny combines his lived experience, professional insight, and genuine passion for change, guiding participants to not only stay sober but to truly live beyond sobriety.
